Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form the basis upon which we agree to supply our goods and services to you (the “Agreement”).

By engaging with SecureAZ (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. “You” or “your” refers to the customer.

1. Appointments and Booking Fees
A booking fee is payable in advance of any appointment.
The booking fee is refundable only if the appointment is cancelled with at least seven (7) days’ notice.
If cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice, the booking fee is non-refundable.
We require four (4) days’ notice to cancel or reschedule a weekend appointment, and 24 hours’ notice for a weekday appointment.
Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

2. Orders and Payments
All goods remain the property of SecureAZ until paid for in full.
Goods purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Any specials or promotions apply only to the Premium Bridal Package unless stated otherwise.

3. Samples and Accessories
Sample gowns are sold “as seen”, must be paid for in full at the time of purchase, and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All accessories must be paid for in full and are non-refundable.

4. Alterations
You may arrange your own alterations; however, we accept no responsibility for any work carried out by a third-party seamstress or tailor.
We do not offer in-house alteration services unless explicitly stated.

5. Guidance and Assistance
Any advice given, including recommendations on design, sizing, colour, or measurements, is provided without liability.
If we assist in sourcing a gown from the second-hand market, this is a gesture of goodwill and we accept no responsibility if a suitable gown cannot be found.

6. Inspection and Condition of Goods
Customers are required to inspect and try on all items before leaving the store.
We are not liable for any damage or defects once goods have left the premises.
Any wear, tear, or damage after collection is the customer’s responsibility.

7. Storage and Collection
Dresses must be collected within one (1) month of purchase.
A storage fee of $25 per week will apply to any items not collected within this timeframe.
After three (3) months of non-collection and no communication, the item will be considered abandoned. Ownership will revert to SecureAZ and all payments made will be forfeited.

8. Liability and Legal Terms
No variation of this Agreement is valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
No third party shall have rights to enforce this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

Terms and Conditions – Giveaway

• Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to review and modification, and it is advisable to check for updates periodically.

• Eligibility: This giveaway is open to participants who are residents of New Zealand and aged 18 and above.

• Giveaway Duration: The giveaway begins on 13 Oct 23 and ends on 29 Oct 23. All entries must be received by the end date.

• Prize: The prize consists of TWO Infinity Bridesmaid Dresses. The colors of the dresses are subject to availability and must be chosen from those listed on the Tania Olsen website and in stock at the warehouse.

• Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must:

  • Like our Facebook Page.
  • Tag a friend in the comments section of the giveaway post. Each separate friend tagged in a separate comment counts as an additional entry.
  • Share the giveaway post on their Facebook timeline.

• Bonus Entry: Participants can increase their chances of winning by sharing a cherished wedding memory or offering valuable wedding advice in the comments section of the giveaway post.

• Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries and announced on [Announcement Date].

• Contact: The winner must make contact within 5 working days after the winner announcement. Failure to do so will result in the selection of a new winner.

• Prize Claim: The winner will be required to provide their preferred color choices for the Infinity Bridesmaid Dresses from the available options on the Tania Olsen website and in stock at the warehouse.

• Shipping: The prize includes free shipping within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping.

• Publicity: By participating in this giveaway, you grant us the right to announce your name on our social media platforms in connection with this giveaway.

• Release: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or terminate this giveaway at any time and to make changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice
