These Terms and Conditions are the basis upon which we agree to supply our goods to you, from here on the ‘Agreement’.

By entering into this Agreement with Olivia Rose Bridal you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of sale.

From here on ‘you/your’ refers to the customer and ‘us/we/our’ refers to Olivia Rose Bridal.

 

• Booking fees are payable in advance of an appointment and are fully redeemable against the purchase of a wedding dress. We require 4 days’ notice to rearrange or cancel a weekend appointment and 24 hours’ notice for a weekday appointment. This is to ensure we have enough time to fill the opening.

• All goods ordered for purchase remain our property until paid for in full.

• All specials or promotions run will only be on the premium bridal package

• You may carry out your own alterations, however, we cannot be held responsible for any alteration work carried out by a third party.

• Goods purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• All samples are sold as seen and must be paid for in full. Samples cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.

• All accessories must be paid for in full. Accessories are non-refundable.

• Where we provide guidance in the choice of design, size, colour and measurements we do so without any liability.

• Please note that while I will do my best to help you source a dress on the second-hand market, I am not liable if a dress cannot be found. This service is offered solely as a helpful gesture

• We will aim to provide the highest quality goods possible.  You must try on and inspect all goods before leaving the store.  We will not be held responsible for any defects or damage to goods once the dress has left the store.  Any wear and tear or depletion of goods due to use and wear are not our responsibility.

• We will store your dress until 24 hours before the date of your wedding, after which time a storage charge of $10 per calendar month is payable.

• No variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both parties.

• If any provision or part-provision of the Agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable.  If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted.  Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this Agreement.

• No one other than a party to this Agreement shall have any right to enforce any of its terms.

• The Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law.
• Please be aware that any assistance I provide in sourcing a dress on the second-hand market, including guidance in the choice of design, size, color, and measurements, is done without any liability.

 

Terms and Conditions for Buy Back Option

• The buy-back option is applicable only for dresses purchased from our Website or Boutique.

• The buy-back value will be 25% of the original purchase price of the dress.

• To be eligible for the buy-back option, the dress must be in good condition, free from significant damage, stains, or alterations.

• The buy-back offer is valid within one year from the date of purchase.

• The 5% donation to the charity supporting women in New Zealand will be calculated based on the buy-back value.

• The donation will be made directly to the chosen charity by Olivia Rose Bridal.

• The customer is responsible for shipping the dress back to us at their own expense.

• Once the dress is received and its condition is verified, the buy-back amount will be issued within 1 month in the form of store credit or refund, based on the customer’s preference.

• The buy-back option cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

• Olivia Rose Bridal reserves the right to refuse the buy-back option if the dress does not meet the specified conditions.

• This buy-back option is subject to change or termination at any time without prior notice.

• By participating in the buy-back option, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

• Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to review and modification, and it is advisable to check for updates periodically.

 

Terms and Conditions – Infinity Bridesmaid Dress Giveaway

• Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to review and modification, and it is advisable to check for updates periodically.

• Eligibility: This giveaway is open to participants who are residents of New Zealand and aged 18 and above.

• Giveaway Duration: The giveaway begins on 13 Oct 23 and ends on 29 Oct 23. All entries must be received by the end date.

• Prize: The prize consists of TWO Infinity Bridesmaid Dresses. The colors of the dresses are subject to availability and must be chosen from those listed on the Tania Olsen website and in stock at the warehouse.

• Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must:

  • Like our Facebook Page.
  • Tag a friend in the comments section of the giveaway post. Each separate friend tagged in a separate comment counts as an additional entry.
  • Share the giveaway post on their Facebook timeline.

• Bonus Entry: Participants can increase their chances of winning by sharing a cherished wedding memory or offering valuable wedding advice in the comments section of the giveaway post.

• Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries and announced on [Announcement Date].

• Contact: The winner must make contact within 5 working days after the winner announcement. Failure to do so will result in the selection of a new winner.

• Prize Claim: The winner will be required to provide their preferred color choices for the Infinity Bridesmaid Dresses from the available options on the Tania Olsen website and in stock at the warehouse.

• Shipping: The prize includes free shipping within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping.

• Publicity: By participating in this giveaway, you grant us the right to announce your name on our social media platforms in connection with this giveaway.

• Release: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or terminate this giveaway at any time and to make changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice
